Crosses Available

The best cross is the EUR/USD, primarily due to it's liquidity and popularity, but Intrepidus works well on many other crosses.

Performance

Intrepidus FX Trade System is a signal generating system, which can be customized. Therefore performance can vary greatly, depending on how you trade the system and what leverage you use. For a benchmark we use the EUR/USD using an hourly trading style.

While it is possible

This system has been backtested hundreds if not thousands of times, using many kinds of variables. This backtesting does not assume real results could be replicated. Realistically the system can generate multiple profitable signals on any cross. How a trader increases his pip profit is a risk management / leverage aspect of trading which the system does not consider. The system simply looks at indicators and creates entry and exit triggers based on its algorithm, it will not tell you 'buy 5 lots' or 'sell 2 lots'.

Signal Delivery

Trade signals are emailed to you instantly. We suggest you setup an email account just for receiving these signals, as the system can generate many signals in a short period of time. Signals are not offered through SMS as it is anyhow an active system and NOT a long term system (although it can be used as such). If you wish, an email address can be provided to you with one of our forex domains.

Time Frame

Intrepidus works best on the hourly charts. It indicates price action in the next 5 - 10 bars, which on the hourly would be 5 - 10 hours. It can be setup on the daily, but this is not a lot of signals. Using a daily time frame, only 1 or 2 signals may be generated in a month.

We find the best time frame is the hourly.

Payment and Pricing

We charge a fee of only $100 per month for the use of our signals. There is a trial period of $50 which lasts 1 week.

For fund managers and traders who use Intelliscript and would like to plug the signals directly into your charts, you can purchase the signal algorithm from us to plug directly into Elite for $2,500 USD. That license includes full use of the signals for yourself and your partners - you may email the signals to your trade partners - as long as you do not sell them or compete with us.

Purchasing the system from us includes our full service and support, tweaking indicators, etc. We have over 100 Alerts configured using the Intrepidus FX System.

Option 2 - If you have FX Trek Intellicharts and would like the alerts plugged into your charts, you can download a file that will expire in 1 month for the same $100 fee.

Standard Package

The standard Intrepidus FX package includes Daily and Hourly Signals on the following crosses:

EUR/USD - AUD/USD - NZD/USD - USD/CHF - USD/CAD - USD/JPY

EUR/GBP - GBP/USD

These are the most successful crosses with Intrepidus, although if you trade other crosses it can be a great supplementary tool. After ordering simply contact our technical support team and we will add other crosses for you or customize a package based on your personal trading style - at no additional cost.

Who uses Intrepidus?

Intrepidus is designed for the professional or experienced trader. We allow novice customers to try our system, but if you are new to the forex market, we recommend trading for some time before using our system. • Intrepidus is a system that sells into strength and buys into weakness
• It is not a market prediction system, it generates signals based on algorithms which identify patterns in market trends and price action
• Intrepidus can be traded directly, or used as a method of identifying a good entry / exit points for trades you already want to place
• Is a good addition to any trading system
• Will not predict the next 5 big figure move in the EURO, but is a consistent money maker
• Intrepidus is for the active trader, not the currency investor
• If you are using Intrepidus to trade directly without any other system, we recommend using a combination of multiple time frames on a single cross, such as the EUR/USD.
• If you are using Intrepidus to indicate price action to make trading decisions where you already have idea of what to trade, signals can be custom tailored to your trading style.
• Intrepidus calculates price action in the 'short term', that's why it works so well. Short term is the next 5 - 10 bars.
• Rarely the system is completely off the market - it is always good for some positive pips. Taking a profit, stop loss, is not calculated by the system, therefore backtesting is impossible. It just tells you when to buy or sell, not how big, or when to get out.

Beware that the email alerts are not automatic, you will need to be in touch with our support team as soon as you subscribe. We manually setup email alerts. This is a special, not standard. The standard package would be getting the charts, and plugging the signals into the charts.

This is the recommended package for Intrepidus subscribers. The charts and the signals are billed separately, so what you are essentially getting is a professional forex charting package, as well as the Intrepidus FX Signal System. If you are unhappy with the signals, cancel the signals and keep the charts. Or, opt for one of our other signal systems such as the Diamond System. Total cost: $200 USD per month
